Availability
I'm currently fully booked through the end of February, so commissions are temporarily closed for the moment. New commission requests will reopen in March.If you're interested in working with me in March, you're welcome to reach out via email with your commission idea and any details you already have in mind. Please keep in mind that sending an inquiry does not reserve a commission slot. Slots will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis once commissions reopen.I also currently have a waitlist for earlier openings. If a project gets postponed or a slot becomes available unexpectedly, I'll contact people on the waitlist in the order they joined to see if they're still interested and available. Please note that being on the waitlist does not guarantee an earlier slot.Once a commission is confirmed, a €40 deposit will be required to reserve your slot. Backgrounds
Backgrounds start at €30, with the final price depending on the complexity and level of detail. I'll be able to provide an accurate quote once I have the details of your request.Add-ons are charged separately (3€-15€).
Examples of add-ons include: complex jewelry, tattoos, wings, flowers.
*Please make sure to specify any add-ons from the beginning so I can give you an exact price, as the cost is based on complexity.
Commission Process
Provide References & Details
Send references and all important information via email.
Sketch Approval
You'll receive the initial sketch and can request any changes to the pose, expression, or other details at this stage.
Color Discussion
You'll receive a version with base colors, and we can make any final color tweaks before finishing.
Rendering
Once rendering begins, only minor color adjustments are allowed.
Major changes (e.g., pose) are not possible after this stage.
Commercial Use
Commercial Use Terms
The fee is calculated as a percentage of the commission price, based on the intended usage purpose.
Common usage types include:
- marketing or promotional materials
- merchandise (e.g., prints, keychains, bookmarks etc.)
- book coversCommercial fees based on usage:
- social media promotion: +25% of the base price
- general promotional use (pre-order freebies, paid ads, newsletters, or other book-related marketing, excluding merchandise): +40% of the base price
- merchandise (including online marketing): +100% of the base price
Important Notes
- Details about the commercial fee and usage rights will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the commission.
- Exclusive rights are available for an additional fee.
- The standard license duration is 1 year.
Payment Information
Payment Options
Wise or PayPal.A €40 deposit is required to reserve your commission slot. The deposit will be deducted from the total commission price.
The remaining balance can be paid either:
- In full upfront, or
- In two installments:
First 50%: The €40 deposit counts towards the first 50% of the total commission price. The remaining amount can be paid at any time before I begin working on your commission, but must be paid no later than one week before the scheduled start date.
Final 50%: Due after sketch approval.
Terms & Conditions
General Use
- Commissions are for personal use only (e.g profile picture, wallpaper, or print it for yourself). If you want to use the art for your business, branding, or promotion, a separate commercial license is required.
- Redistribution, resale, or modification is prohibited without consent.
- You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for AI training, AI-generated content, or any related purposes.
Copyright
- I retain the rights to the artwork for portfolio use.
- Clients may not claim the artwork as their own.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available only before I send the sketch.
